Our goal is to reduce your excess sagging and loose skin in the upper arm due to significant weight loss or loss of elasticity due to age. Brachioplasty accomplishes this by cutting away and removing the excess skin and tissue then suturing it to create a smooth, tight contour for a more firm, youthful appearance.
