ANNUAL SALE SPECIALS
Annual sale prices are good October 15, 2018 – December 31, 2018.
Purchases must be made by 12/31/2018
- Botox Cosmetic $11/unit for 25-50 units; $10.50/unit over 50 units. All Botox purchases must be used by February 28, 2019. No refunds. No extensions.
- Fillers – any filler save $50 off purchase of one(1) syringe; save $75 off each syringe with the purchase of 2 or more. Product purchased must be used by February 28, 2019. No refunds. No extensions. No substitutions.
- Monthly October special for Saving Face, 15% off any laser package purchased by 10/31/2018.

- In celebration of 30th Anniversary of Dr. Willard’s practice Piedmont Plastic Surgery, PA, patients that have cosmetic surgery booked and completed beginning 10/15/2018 through 12/31/2018 will have their names entered into a drawing to receive 30% off their cosmetic surgery quote(excluding anesthesia services) or the actual cost of cosmetic surgery. Drawing will be held first week in January 2019 and winner will be notified

The Annual Sale prices will be going on until the end of the year. We will have some additional monthly specials for Saving Face treatments that we will announce in November and some in December. The Saving Face October special of 15% off laser packages is great so patients can take advantage of the time of year and get treatments started now. The Annual Sale prices for Botox and fillers will remain the same throughout the Annual Sale. We rarely do a special for surgery so if you are considering cosmetic surgery this might be a good time to have a consult with Dr. Willard!
