Skin Cancer and Lesion Removal

How is Skin Cancer and Lesion Removal performed?

Skin cancer is the most frequently seen cancer in the United States. It is found in patients of all ages and is most common on the face, head and neck, although it can be anywhere on the body. Superficial skin cancers can be removed by shaving them off or using Effudex cream. In larger, deeper cancers, an incision and stitches may be used to remove the cancer.
