With all of the rapid changes to our daily norms, we want to reassure you we are here for you, as always. Please feel free to call us at the number below so we can answer any questions you may have.

As we continue to monitor local, state, and national guidelines, we have continued to focus on keeping the office clean with the surfaces cleaned multiple times a day and stocked with protective equipment.

We will be changing our hours during the next two weeks (March 30 – April 10). The office will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 am to 5 pm for patients that need to be seen. Dr. Willard will be available anytime by telephone for any questions or concerns. Please call the main number at (336) 886-1667 during regular business hours or after hours for immediate assistance. 

Messages for non-urgent matters may be left on voicemail. If you want to email us, please use the inquiry@plasticsurgerync.com address, as that goes to multiple office staff, and they can ensure that your question or concern is addressed by the correct staff member.

Dr. Willard will decide on further scheduling by April 10, 2020. A notice will be sent out at that time. Patients with appointments scheduled during the next two to three weeks are being contacted about their appointments. If you have any questions, please call the main office at (336) 886-1667.

Saving Face, LLC is closed for now. If patients need a product, please contact Karen Haver at (336) 886-1667, and we can make arrangements to get in-stock products to you by coming by the office during our open times.
