February Heart Health Month

February is American Heart Health Month and we want to help build awareness of how important it is to maintain the health of your heart. In fact, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. You may or may not be affected by someone close to you who has heart disease or has had a heart stroke, but it is a frightening situation to go through. I can attest to that and am very grateful to be a stroke survivor!

So for this month, and for many months to come, please take care of your health and heart. Participate in daily exercise and good eating habits, and lastly, share this message with others! Have a Heart Healthy Day!
